The Studio

My home studio is located in White Salmon, Washington just across the bridge from Hood River, Oregon. It is a little slice of heaven for me and I can't wait to get to it every morning. I love to work with natural light when photographing babies and the large picture windows of my studio let in lots of soft, gorgeous light.
I love to photograph mommas-to-be and have a beautiful collection of maternity dresses that clients can wear for their maternity session. The image below shows one of my favorite dresses in light gray.

One of the products I offer clients is framed prints like those shown in the image below. All of my prints are printed on archival paper. The three pieces shown have museum grade mats, wood frames, and non-glare glazing.

I keep this framed picture on my desk. It is a self-portrait of my husband and I when I was pregnant with our sweet baby girl. I love this image from so long ago.

Working in my studio feels like working in a candy store. I have so many beautiful props, wraps, blankets, and hand-knit layers to work with.
One of my favorite things is my collection of hair ties for baby girls. So darling!

This is what my home studio looks like when you first drive up. In this image, you can see the large picture windows from the outside.

When you drive around to the back, you will find the client entrance to the studio where all the magic begins:)
